Bad Prius Instrument Cluster

So, this happened awhile ago. My Prius screen went back, so I did a little research and found that it was caused by the 220uF 10v capacitor, so I replaced it, and everything was fine, about two years later it happened again so I desoldered and resoldered with a 220uF 16v electrolytic capacitor.
